Agapé provides in-app tools for users to report inappropriate content or behavior (blocking and reporting features). We are committed to reviewing reports and taking action (including removing content and blocking or banning the offending user) within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
AGAPÉ DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUND OF ITS USERS AT ANY TIME. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF CURRENT OR FUTURE USERS.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. YOU AGREE TO TAKE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS IN ALL INTERACTIONS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DECIDE TO COMMUNICATE OFF THE SERVICE OR MEET IN PERSON. Your Content: You retain ownership of your photos and profile. By posting them, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, copy, display, and adapt such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Premium subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Agapé does not store your financial information.
Subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel, you must do so from your device settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
For users in the European Union: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive, by purchasing digital content and accessing it immediately, you explicitly agree that the service has begun and you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
General: All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they process the payment.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW (AND EXCEPT FOR CONSUMERS IN THE EU WHERE THIS LIMITATION MAY BE RESTRICTED):
AGAPÉ, ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE; (II) THE CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agapé, its owner (Iván Rojas Manzano), affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND AGAPÉ AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
